PRODUCT CATEGORY
The standard warranty period of our products starts from the invoice date and is 2 years. The warranty only covers products that are used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions delivered by our company with the product or published on our website.
OUR COMPANY OBLIGATIONS
• If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, it will be repaired under the conditions covered by the Warranty.
• In cases where repair is not possible, Testmak may, at its option, replace the defective product with a replacement product or provide a refund based on the invoice price. All replacement products or replacement parts may contain new or recycled materials. The dimensions or design of the replacement product may differ from the original product. "Recycled materials" are parts and products that are used, refurbished or not new. The functionality of all replacement products or spare parts is equivalent to the functionality of the product or part to be replaced.
• The warranty period of the product or part replaced during the warranty application is limited to the remaining warranty period of the purchased product.
USER OBLIGATIONS
• Products are guaranteed if they are used appropriately and installed professionally in accordance with the installation and usage instructions provided with the warranty certificate or published on our website.
• The user is responsible for providing spaces that meet all environmental conditions recommended by our company in accordance with the needs of the system/devices (earth line, energy lines that will provide sufficient power, switchboard, control room, etc.).
• Temperature and voltage limits should not be exceeded, and the product should not be exposed to mechanical and/or chemical stress beyond its intended purpose. Operating conditions must not exceed the IP rating of the product.
• The user cannot request service from another company and/or person for the devices, even for control purposes. This warranty is void in case of any intervention or modification made without our company's permission.
• It is mandatory to submit the warranty certificate for repair and replacement applications within the Scope of Warranty.
• The production date of the product must be clearly readable.
• During the mentioned warranty periods, our company representatives must have access to the defective product or system for fault verification. Additionally, the following information may be requested from the user.
- Detailed problem description, number and fault date
- Information about application, duration of use and on-off cycle.
- Environmental conditions of the application site
SITUATIONS OUT OF THE SCOPE OF WARRANTY
• Costs incurred during the elimination of malfunctions caused by user errors. Malfunctions caused by the user using the product contrary to the instructions in the user manual are not considered within the scope of warranty.
• Other expenses such as re-installation, installation, labor costs and expenses that may occur during the “repair/replacement of the product or part” are not covered by the warranty.
• Polycarbonate plastic parts and PMMA: these materials may change color as a result of the natural aging process.
• The warranty period of internal and external inverters used in the products is limited to 2 years.
• The user cannot hold the manufacturer responsible for problems caused by environmental factors (natural disaster, low and/or high voltage).

• When your notification reaches our company, an information e-mail will be sent to you.
• Your notification will be responded to via e-mail or telephone within 2 business days.
