RIGHT TO REPLACE DEFECTIVE GOODS

If it is understood that the product has a defect that can only be noticed during use, the customer may exercise the right to replace the product with a guaranteed good product or get a refund within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date. In order to exercise the right to exchange defective goods, it is necessary to notify TESTMACLAB LTD STI by e-mail within the same period. If this right is exercised, it is mandatory to return the product delivered to the Customer, along with the warranty certificate for the product and the information form stating the defect of the product. Within 10 (ten) days following the arrival of the defective product, TESTMACLAB LTD STI evaluates the request and sends a new one to the promised product for justified requests or refunds the money according to preference, and sends the product itself to the customer for requests that are not justified. In case of defective goods exchange, all transportation costs belong to TESTMACLAB LTD STI. It is the responsibility of the customer to carefully protect the product after delivery.
