Plastic Curing Tank

The Testmak C3300 and C3305 series Plastic Curing Tanks are manufactured for curing concrete cubes and cylinders samples. The temperature can be adjusted and can be kept constant by an electric resistance incorporating a digital thermo regulator which maintains the set temperature between ambient to 40 ºC with ± 2 ºC accuracy. Manufactured from 8 mm thick polyurethane material. Curing Tanks are supplied complete with base rack and circulator pump.

Curing Tanks are supplied complete with;
• Heater
• Circulation Pump
• Galvanised steel base rack

What is the use of a Concrete Curing Tank?
It is used for curing cube and cylinder concrete samples. The cure tank has a circulation system that can distribute the water temperature homogeneously to all areas.

Why is Concrete Curing done?
Concrete maintenance, in other words concrete curing, is to prevent water loss that may occur after placing the concrete or after the manufacture of concrete products and to ensure that hydration reactions occur in the appropriate manner and at the right time.

What temperature should the cure pool be?
Initial environmental condition; It is designed to be in a curing pool at 20℃ in accordance with EN 12390-2 Standard. In the 2nd environment condition, water cure will be applied at 40℃.
